Erica van Dijk en Foday Drammeh runnen een non profit medische hulppost in een arm gebied in Gambia. Er is hier geen goede medische hulp beschikbaar..We werken hier als spoedeisendehulp verpleegkundige en leveren wondzorg,malariatesten en andere bloedtesten.We meten de vitale functies van patiënten en verkopen medicatie tegen een kleine prijs en vaak ook gratis.. We sponsoren 40 kinderen om naar school te kunnen of om medische redenen..We geven gratis medische hulp aan 40 kinderen van de Arabische scholen in Bafuloto.
