The Korea Local Foundation Council is a nonprofit corporation approved by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety in May 2017, with 12 member foundations including the Pulppuri Hope Foundation (Cheonan), Bucheon Hope Foundation, Seongnam Irowoon Foundation, Ansan Hope Foundation, Gangwon Salim, Chungbuk Citizens Foundation, Gwangju Hope Foundation, Daegu Citizens Foundation, Incheon Citizens Foundation, Gwanak Root Foundation, Gyeongbuk Citizens Foundation, and Chungnam Citizens Foundation.
